HOHOE IN DISTRESS & NEEDS URGENT HELP ——————————————- 1. Nearly Hohoe Zongo and large portions of Hohoe are completely flooded after about 9hrs of some torrential rainfall. 2. We are calling on NADMO to rush to the aid of the flood victims after the river Dayi overflowed its banks and flooded homes and shops. 3. We are also appealing to Corporate Ghana to assist us to settle the over 3000 flood victims with over 440 houses completely under under or in water.

This happened at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital (Ridge Hospital). How does a Medical Superintendent who is also an SMO allow critical medical equipment like a CT Scan and an MRI Scan machines to remain out of order for over 2yrs & still draw monthly wages? Even wash rooms were in a state of desuetude. It has to take the ubiquitous Sector Minister, Hon Minta Akando, to discover this horrible state of affairs in one of our most important referral hospitals. Don’t they even have internal auditors who could have detected this in an audit? I’m so sad.
