Another Israeli Massacre: At least 36 Palestinians, mostly women and children, were killed after Israeli warplanes dropped at least three bombs on classrooms and makeshift tents sheltering displaced families at al-Jerjawi School in the Daraj neighbourhood of Gaza City. Charred bodies have been pulled from the rubble, while many remain missing, feared to be trapped beneath the debris. By continuing to bomb the entire Gaza Strip and targeting shelters, including overcrowded schools, the Israeli bombing strategy clearly indicates the intent to destroy the Palestinians’ lives and deprive them of security and stability, if only temporarily. Earlier this morning, Israeli aircraft flattened a high-rise residential building in western #Gaza City, killing around 15 displaced Palestinians who had sought safety there. Over the past week alone, Israel has levelled dozens of residential buildings across Gaza City, killing civilians and uprooting thousands of families. These systematic attacks form part of Israel’s declared policy to forcibly empty Gaza City of its residents, an act of collective punishment, forcible transfer, and genocide that has been waged against Palestinians since October 2023.
