This is the worst officer performance I’ve ever seen on BWC. Yes, even worse than Acorn Cop. Dude shot his partner (bullet went through her arm and lodged next to her spine) while shooting over his head as he sprinted down the stairs. The partner is suing the department. The 6th Circuit ruled that he has Qualified Immunity and remanded the case back to the district court for further proceedings.

So the updated Dicken drill is: - 15 seconds - Start seated with gun concealed - 4 rounds at 40 yards (shooting off barricade optional) - 4 rounds at 25 yards - 2 rounds at 7 yards Eli is a fucking hero. Truly unbelievable stuff. I’d be honored to stand shoulder to shoulder with him any day.
