this made me cry omg 😭 evers, you have to read this :( 🐹 actually, even so, it's not like we won an award or anything. but since it's my birthday, i feel like i'm the one who should be thanking everyone instead. 🐹 first of all, my mom and dad, who gave birth to me and raised me. then, my older brother, who—even though I caused him a lot of trouble but still cherished me so much, also, my whole family, my friends who have been close to me since i was little, my colleagues, all the members who are guiding EVAN, the management team, and siyoung-nim. 🐹 there are so many things happening around me that EVERS can't see, right? bcs EVERS can't come to the company building. but seriously, if EVERS came to the company building, you'd be really surprised. there are so many people, really, so many people working hard for me. i even found myself thinking about something like this. 🐹 one day, i walked into a filming location. at that time, i happened to see the filming set from a distance. for some reason, i suddenly got curious and started counting how many people were there. even just counting roughly, there were about 30 people. when there are really a lot of people, it can be as many as 50. that many people had gathered just for me. 🐹 when i thought about it carefully, it gave me goosebumps. it really gave me goosebumps. i realized that so many people were going through so much and working hard just for me. 🐹 realizing that made me think about a lot of things. even though they were people i had just met for the first time, i started thinking that they were my people too. so i also had to do my best, to the best of my ability. that thought became the beginning of everything. 🐹 and actually, EVERS also focus all your attention on me, right? sometimes, when i see you doing those things for me, i feel like it's such a shame that i only have one body, because i want to do so many things for you.. that's why i think what matters most is what happens from now on. 🐹 to be honest, i'm aware that there are still many things i'm lacking. i also want to become better in the future. all of that comes from wanting to show EVERS the best version of myself and make you proud of me 🥹🫳🏻 🐹 ah, it turns out this is really difficult to say. i think it takes me quite a long time to express things like this. it takes me a long time to truly feel things and finally put them into words. 🐹 i have a personality that's too cautious. although sometimes i'm not like that.. actually, there are many times when i'm not careful at all, but when i'm in front of EVERS, i become more careful with the words i choose. that's why it took me a long time to talk about all of this. 🐹 but this is the real reason why i'm so grateful. this is the reason i wanted to share with you. i'm not just saying thank you because you wished me a happy birthday. i want to tell you that EVERS have given me so many things, and that you are such precious people to me, people who even celebrate my birthday like this. 🐹 that was too long, wasn't it? i'm really sorry. ah, that's right. you told me not to say sorry so often, didn't you? 🐹 i'll try to become better. really, i'll do my very best. i understand when EVERS say that you're already doing enough. i really do understand that. 🐹 but i'm someone who has a responsibility to give you happiness and joy. that's why i can't stop growing, EVERS... the thing i dislike most about myself is when i stop growing. i'm the kind of person who feels an incredible sense of joy when i can show you something new and then see EVERS' expressions and reactions when you witness it. 🐹 that's why, even if i keep saying that there are still many things i'm lacking, please try to understand me. rather than just telling me that i'm already doing well enough, you can even tell me, "yeah, you're still lacking." just tell me that instead. and in fact, there are people around me who say things like that. they're the reason i can keep working hard 😭😭😭🫳🏻 HAPPY EVAN DAY #OverflowingLoveForEVAN #아로새겨_시작될_에반의_날 #EVAN #에반 EVAN EVAN Official Japan

![[260927] #EVAN #에반 🐹 : towards the latter half, when i was singing “going home,” there was a spotlight shining down on me from above. looking up and staring endlessly at that light, so many thoughts crossed my mind. 🐹 : i remembered all those moments when i was working so hard in my own way to create this album. i thought about how much evers love the album i made, and how we’ve done so many performances together. i recalled all the support evers gave us along the way, thought of my family, and remembered everyone around who helped me out. it made me realize just how truly blessed i am. 🐹 : being able to perform on stage in such a wonderful environment thanks to evers overwhelmed me so much that i almost burst into tears. actually, i think i might have shed a few tears, but i honestly can’t remember now. it was truly a performance that will stay in my memory for a very, very long time. 🐹 : even though it was technically called a listening party, being able to exchange conversations with evers like a real concert and share my thoughts felt so good. someone said, “it’s because you worked so hard.” but no, i really felt that if evers hadn’t cheered me on, my songs and heart wouldn’t have reached this far. 🐹 : that’s why i keep telling myself i need to work even harder. i’ve been working hard on new music continuously lately, and this is a moment where i feel so deeply proud to be a singer. 🐹 today, I genuinely felt so proud of being an artist.
