Horrible Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited charger in Amravati We wasted nearly 2 hours of our time because the station is not properly equipped. 140A MCB for a 120kW power. It kept on tripping and we had to cool it by fanning the door to keep our hopes alive. Max power it gave was 88kW when it worked for 5 minutes. Else we would have easily covered more than 1800 kms for our record run. There were more hiccups on our way to create the 1608 km IBR record of max distance travelled in 24 hours in an EV but this was the biggest one and caused chain reaction and spoiled our plan of maybe crossing 2K kms I am an advocate for EVs but when things are not right I will call them out.
