💪 Why flexing feels so GOOD! Your body and mood are connected! Research shows that adopting powerful postures (like flexing those muscles 💪) can boost feelings of confidence and positivity. While early studies suggested hormonal changes (like higher testosterone and lower cortisol), later research found the main benefit is how you feel—more powerful, upbeat, and ready to take on the world! So, join me this #FlexFriday—strike a pose, flex those muscles, and lift your mood! Tag me in your flex vids! 🪞✨ #MindBodyScience #PowerPose #HappyVibes

Three things I learned after my second year paying for a booth at AVN 👇 1️⃣ Copying the crowd is the fastest way to disappear. Before my first booth, I studied what everyone else was doing… and copied it. Result? People couldn’t tell what my booth was about because it blended in. Lesson learned: if you want to stand out, don’t follow the herd. 2️⃣ The second time hits different. Running this booth felt like having a second kid. The first time? Rigid. Over-controlled. Everything had to be “perfect.” The second time? More fluid. More calibrated. Less stress. Freedom comes from experience—not perfection. 3️⃣ Branding has to tell the story. If your visuals look like everyone else’s, people assume you are. Your branding should immediately communicate who you’re for, what you do, and why you’re different—without people having to ask. Every iteration teaches you something. The key is actually listening to the lesson instead of repeating the same mistake louder next year.
