There's currently no way to see who donated the large sum of money, as we're waiting for a statement from Monobank from the official fund of the Center (we'll receive it tomorrow), but the fundraising campaign has now been closed. The quality of petrol in Russia is falling below any reasonable standard. The Kremlin government has allowed the production of Euro 2-standard petrol. Given the realities of quality control in Russia, fuel that actually meets genuine Euro 2 standards has now become something of a dream for motorists. Petrol is also being imported from India, and its quality is unlikely to be subject to much regulation either. Across Russia, motorists are reporting engine problems on a massive scale, while seeing the check-engine light come on after refuelling has practically become the norm.
