He had given his good phone to his son who is in university. Out of my own pocket, I purchased a new OPPO Reno 12F (12GB/256GB) for him as a gift, a phone worth over ₦500,000. Despite not having officially resumed yet, this individual, who has over 16 years of experience in his field, has already secured two important distributors for us in the southwest region. He was extremely grateful and eager to start work tomorrow, but I reminded him that his official start date is May 1st, as stated in his offer letter. I believe this act of generosity will foster a positive work environment and contribute to the company's growth.
