“old kpop is overrated” they literally had the vocal coaches become idols

I think this actually might be the first time a kpop group has done hard house? At least for a title track / pre-release? Kep1er did hard techno but this is straight up hard house. Regardless I’m here for it this is sick.

Speak for yourself because I had this absolute bop blasting on loop in my dorm.

I’ve been saying

Everyone’s terrified now that the queens are coming back.

everyone is talking about christian horse girl kpop nowadays what do y’all know

bgs used to have emotional vocal-driven songs about yearning and heartbreak nowadays they just yell about how cool it is to be an incel and slap some autotune on it

“EDM and good vocals aren’t mutually exclusive” exactly

this opinion falls apart the moment you actually listen to old kpop

okay but like LEGGOs are kinda allowed to have a superiority complex when this is how our favs sound DRUNK 😭 they were pouring themselves shots mid performance 😭😭 EXID please have a comeback we need you

Like even if you don’t know about Perfume and Yasutaka Nakata your favs’ producers definitely do

I hate when people on stantwt try to use Weki Meki as an insult when they have one of most innovative and flawless discographies in kpop.

You’re right 2018 was the cutoff every boy group after that is unlistenable (this isn’t true I just wanted an excuse to post 2018 bg peak)

Their reign was too short

bring the yearning BACK

Get them on the site they have PhDs in architecture and one even has an excavator license

Like this really had multigenerational impact

kpop stans nowadays have no idea how big this trapical dutch funk hit was

Yoojung, Chungha, SinB, Seulgi, and Momo collabing to cover Infinite was honestly one of the most iconic stages in kpop history
