.Candace Owens is offering $10k to anyone who can reveal Ben’s lunch partner on 9-10. 🍔 Ben Shapiro responded w/ a fundraiser: “Every time Candace issues a guess as to who I was lunching with and is wrong, I’m gonna donate 10 grand to the education of Charlie Kirk’s children.”

.Ben Shapiro questions Vance’s choice to go on Megyn Kelly’s podcast for his Iran PR: “Megyn Kelly is a person who has said that the Israelis manipulated the administration into war, who has laughed along to the proposition that the Republican Party is a bunch of Israel-loving pedophiles- this is where the vice president chose to retail the argument…”

Candace viciously mocks Erika: “People online- they’re just saying that they want me to die! I’m just so overwhelmed, Mr. Vice President…*Dab, dab, dab – no tears*…I just don’t want my kids to be an orphan, Mr. Vice President!” This is coming from the woman who has CAUSED the death threats that could very realistically orphan Erika’s kids. If this doesn’t turn your stomach, then you’re given over to the same spirit that has afflicted Candace. There just aren’t adequate words for how dark this woman’s soul has become.

.Ben Shapiro describes his wife holding their newborn baby this week: “It’s when she is at her most beautiful… and that’s not because she’s at her most physically beautiful – of course not- it’s because it’s when her soul is at its height.” Beautiful words. Many women would say the same about seeing their husband holding their little one for the first time as his tired eyes fill with joyful tears and he seems to strengthen to protect this new life.

.Ben Shapiro discusses the right’s error in amplifying people of low character purely bc they’re “transgressive”: “It was a GIGANTIC mistake for so many people on the right to embrace Andrew Tate just because Andrew Tate was transgressive. …If somebody is transgressive of leftist orthodoxies, it doesn’t matter if they’re a complete piece of crap. There’s a willingness on the right to then give them extraordinary credibility… The worse they are- so long as they are saying transgressive things- this is now taken as a sign that they ought to be part of ‘our team.’” Ben’s right. This has burned us not just with the Tates, but with other influencers like Candace Owens, Elijah Schaeffer, Sarah Stock, etc. We need to learn this lesson. 🎥:

.Ben Shapiro perfectly encapsulates the self-loathing and faux empathy that led to the rise of Mamdani and his merry band of 9-11 revisionists: “When western civilization decides the real threat is not our enemies – it’s us… When we decide that “Islamophobia” is the problem- not radical Islam… When we decide to open our doors to people who hate us and then teach our kids that we are the bad guys… It turns out the barbarians take over. And they wear slick suits, and they smile smarmy smiles, and they repeat platitudes about how they love America, but meanwhile they say, ‘We need to end America as we know it.’”

.Ben Shapiro really liked The Odyssey, but his biggest issue was what we all anticipated: the cross-sex casting. Describing Elliot (Ellen) Page playing the male warrior Sinon, Ben says: “Coming out of the mouth of Elliot Page, it just doesn’t land. The shots are beautiful. The dialogue is good, and it’s coming out of the mouth of a woman- there’s just no other way to put it… And having a woman pretending to be a young-ish man does not land in the way that it should.” Ben says it’s a totally unforced error that breaks the viewer’s immersion- as you’d expect. Nevertheless, he thinks the rest of the film makes up for it.

.Ben Shapiro’s show opener today is spot on: He says that America is dividing into two new parties. The battle is btw the “American Exceptionalists” & the “Bipartisan Grievance Party.” American Exceptionalists: “America is awesome. We have historically been awesome, and we will be awesome again if we do the hard things that we must do.” Grievance Party: “America is not awesome, was never awesome, and will only be awesome if we fundamentally rewrite the American bargain and also retreat from the world for our great sins.” He says this battle will define our future as Americans.

.Jeremy Boreing calls the decision to hire Candace Owens a “cynical decision” that “blew up in my face in ways that were unimaginable.” He explains, “I knew that Candace was a bit of a narcissist, I knew that she was an attention seeker, I knew that she…would follow fights beyond the limitations of my values.” He said he ignored the red flags bc she was talented, capable, uniquely positioned, and he thought they could wield her talents toward the good. This must be a common dilemma in media, and I can’t help but think it’s the same one that kept Charlie close to people like Tucker. Nobody is perfect, so the temptation is great to ignore the warning signs for people with great talent and influence. As always, I appreciate Jeremy’s humility and candor. It’s useful for people to hear this type of self-reflection in order to avoid making the same mistake.

.Ben Shapiro says that it’s morally wrong to consume Candace’s conspiracy slop: “It’s an actual sin to listen to Candace Owens spew this evil trash… Stop pretending that you are subscribing to ideological pornography just because it’s entertaining. It’s soul destroying.” He’s right. Those who say they watch for entertainment are vicious gossips at best and lying character assassins at worst. 🎥:

.Jeremy Boreing makes his opinion of Tucker VERY clear (and God bless him for it): “Tucker Carlson is one of the true malign forces operating in American public life. Tucker engages in rhetorical manipulation at a scale that I haven’t ever really seen, demagoguery at a scale that I haven’t really seen in a broadcaster in my lifetime. He has a very clear agenda- a deep hatred of the Jews and Israel…” Jeremy’s right. Tucker’s ideological shift was rapid, and his breathless manipulation is unnerving. 🎥 Link below 👇🏻

.Andrew Klavan says that Megyn Kelly was wrong to back Tucker and Candace, calling it a “moral mistake.” He points out that their claims are easily falsifiable, and she has the resources to know better. Andrew says (with regret) that she deserves the pushback she’s gotten. He theorizes that she did it to retain the Candace/Tucker share of her audience for her new network. However, he levels this critique with a good dose of grace and humility, reminding the audience that there’s no one on earth who hasn’t made the wrong choice at some point to hang on to something material.

.Allie Beth Stuckey loves to see pregnant women in their 40s like Anne Hathaway celebrated, but she’s suspicious about the media’s sudden interest in older moms. “It is pushing this idea that you can party through your 20s, chase your career through your 30s, choose to settle down when you are 38…” Allie simply doesn’t want young women to be sold a lie that they can pick up and put down fertility at their convenience. It’s great to have children for as long as you can and want to, but it’s not wise to wait if you have the option to start sooner. The simple truth is that getting pregnant is harder after 35, and it carries extra risks. 💛

.JD Vance explains that despite his personal affection for Thomas Massie & agreement with him on some issues, Massie’s burned too many bridges through obstinacy: “I think the problem with Thomas (and I’ve told him this in private and now I guess I’ll say it in public) is that it’s one thing to disagree with the party on a particular issue….voting against the party on every single issue – you’re eventually going to make too many enemies… Every time that we’ve needed Thomas for a vote, he’s been completely unwilling to provide it… We can never count on him for some of the most difficult votes. …Politics is politics, and when you always vote against the party, you can’t expect the party to actually back you.”

Where’s Megyn Kelly’s personal responsibility for her role in the feud with Ben Shapiro? Megyn says that she and Ben had texted about their friendship being the #1 priority before she was blindsided by his public critique. She never mentions her own public declaration that he was wrong about Candace Owens just before the TPUSA speech. Megyn interviewed Ben on her tour, and he stated that Candace was accusing Erika of murdering Charlie. The next night she declared on stage that it was “false.” She said Candace was defending Erika. She would have been within her rights to clarify that Candace was insinuating more than making a direct accusation, but the substance of Ben’s statement was obviously correct. There’s no world in which Candace was defending Erika, even at that time. Ben’s claim has now been proven true 1000 times over, yet Megyn has never corrected the record or apologized to him. Instead she’s doubled down, repeatedly going after him and claiming it was all about Israel. It seems she broke the friendship pact FIRST.

.Seth Dillon answered this VERY directly and mentioned you by name on Jeremy Boreing’s show, Carrie. I’m sure you know this. He made it clear that the Hamptons was a meeting created by Charlie to discuss pressing issues – including Israel. Charlie hand-picked and invited 30 or so people. They gave him honest opinions, and Charlie controlled and moderated the event. “To Charlie’s credit, he was polling the room. He was trying to see where people stood on these things, and he wanted to hear from us.” Neither Tucker nor Carrie were present, but both Tucker and Carrie discussed the event and claimed Seth bullied Charlie. Seth specifically refuted the claim that he applied a “pressure campaign” to Charlie or that Charlie was ever told by anyone at the event what he NEEDED to do. Seth very specifically calls this a lie. Here’s the link so you can refresh your memory:

“What color is she wearing there? That’s MAROON! Coincidence?!…Maroon! MAROON! Maybe a little edging on crimson there, but mostly MAROON!!” .Ben Shapiro produced a masterful episode today in which he not only exposed Candace’s hypocrisy but also her sheer foolishness, turning her nonsense right back at her. Worth watching the whole thing! 🎥:

.Jeremy Boreing tells Joshua Carr about his “very real break up,” with Ben Shapiro, calling it “Shakespearian.” He says they spoke almost every day for 15 years & were very close. He also praises Ben, calling him “the most important political voice of his generation,” (the one with which Jeremy’s most politically aligned), and a wonderful father. Jeremy says the cracks aren’t repaired yet: “Relationships are very challenging, and our relationship is in a very challenging place.” However, he’s generous and gracious and doesn’t seem bitter. Jeremy’s proud of his role in Ben’s rise, saying, “He’ll go on to make a lot more hit records without me.” Time heals many wounds, and I’m rooting for both of these guys. 🙏🏻 🎥:

Megyn says she disagrees with Candace but believes her to be in earnest, investigating theories based on distrust/trauma over Charlie’s death. I’m sorry, Megyn Kelly, but Candace’s trauma/distrust is no excuse. Candace’s pain is not greater than Erika’s. It’s MUCH, MUCH less. When you increase the pain of someone far closer to the tragedy to indulge your own unregulated feelings…it’s called narcissism. When you sadistically terrorize them, it’s called MALIGNANT. When you make money off the slander, it’s called PREDATORY. That’s what Candace has done. Her “investigation” is nothing but mockery and falsehoods. Making excuses for her is helping her.

Last November, Allie Beth Stuckey described Candace Owens’s vicious attacks on those who push back on her. Allie mentioned disproportionate force & personal accusations which intimidate many ppl into silence: “Anyone who’s ever gotten in Candace’s crosshairs knows that if you do or say something that she perceives as subverting her, she will retaliate with 10 times the force that you approached her, and that retaliation may involve attempts at character assassination.”
