A giant has fallen. Today, we celebrate the life of a great man, my beloved uncle Mzee Mohamed Ega Musa Mohamed, who gracefully lived 102 years, leaving behind a legacy of history and wisdom. His kindness and love were a beacon in our lives and we will miss him deeply. As we say our goodbyes, we carry the belief that Allah, in His infinite mercy, will expand Mzee Mohamed's grave and grant him the highest abode in Jannah. Until we reunite in the gardens of paradise, InshaAllah, his spirit will live on in the fond memories we shared. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Raji'un.
