sometimes i wonder how much zelda must have changed in skyward sword when she recovered her memories as a goddess. i feel like people don't talk enough about how terrible that identity crisis must have been for her

i'm so jealous of people who know nothing about princess zelda cause omg imagine getting to meet her for the first time and fall in love with her all over again like how do you NOT know the most enchanting, strong, kind, sweetest little nerd of a princess to ever exist?? 😭

and what if i told you that in this scene zelda wasn't just holding onto the master sword to help it recover its power. she was holding onto it because it was the only piece of link she had left. the only thing she could still reach. the only way to still feel close to him

given that there's a credited choreographer on the zelda movie according to imdb y'all think ben had to PRACTICE for scenes like this?? I can't even imagine that being his job, like getting to play link is literally the coolest thing ever 😭
