من کمترمورد بدخشان مینویسم چون معتقدم مردم خود باید اختیار حل مسائل، آزادی عمل و آزادیِ فکرشان را به دست بیاورند. همچنین میدانم که طالب بدخشان بهعنوان ابزار مورد سوءاستفاده قرار گرفته میشود. اینکه معادن بدخشان به تاراج گذاشته شده اند ، سرمایه طبیعی غارت شده و محیط زیست ان سر زمین زیبا هر روز تخریب میشود یک طرف قضیه، ولی اینکه دختران بدخشانی، دختران نسل مخفی پایینتر از سن قانونی که از تحصیل و تعلیم محروم ساخته شده توسط طالبان غیر بدخشانی به زور و یا هم با استفاده از مجبوریت و فقر مردم به حیث همسر دوم و سوم به ازداوج داده میشوند این یعنی هر روز باید چندین بار انسان بمیرد و باز زنده شود و یا هم نه عزت داشته باشد و نه غیرت که وضعیت را تحمل کند. اما در این میان رهبران عزیز ما نباید نا ارام شوند، حتی نباید از انها جدی تر انتقاد کرد. نوت: ویدیو ارسالی از ولسوالی شهر بزرگ ،تخریب محیط زیست و زمین های شخصی مردم در جستجوی طلا.

Personal Reflection: I had the honor of joining an incredible team of visionary women leaders female leaders from around the world at the *All Women Summit* in Tirana, Albania. The ever convening of its kind. Over three days, 140 women, including those from Afghanistan, came together to address critical issues affecting our homeland. The diversity of voices created a space for meaningful, intense discussions on Afghanistan's complex social and political landscape. Though there were challenges and moments of disagreement, the beauty of the summit lay in our ability to embrace differences. Together, we drafted the 12-point Tirana Declaration, a testament to our collective strength and vision. Ensuring the safe participation of my sisters from Afghanistan was an emotional journey, but we did it! Special thanks to my dear brother Igli Hasani for hosting it, my dear brother José Manuel Albares for co-hosting it and to Swiss Peace and Human Rights Swiss MFA for co-sponsorship. I take every opportunity to highlight the plight of my sisters back home. last evening I was delighted to be given Asian Women Achievement Award by Chair of Judging panel, sir Nick Young at AWA where I said”in 21st century women in my country are banned from every right, education, work, civic liberty and Afghanistan has become the open prison for its women”. This is not normal and must not be regarded as normal. As my sisters In Afghanistan continue to resist the status quo, we must stand in their support and amplify their voices for a change. Recently taliban have increased their pressure on women by banning them from attending annual university entrance exam and removing their names from running NGOS.
