The FBI recently joined forces with the Catawba County Sheriff's Office and more than a dozen law enforcement agencies in an undercover operation to find sexual predators lurking online. Over three days, 10 people were charged. Let this sink in... They allegedly chatted online with who they thought was a child and drove to meet "her". The #FBI will always support our partners. These results, 40 state charges at last count are part of the FBI's Operation Summer Heat. The seasons may change, but our commitment to justice never ends.

Castillo was arrested in Mexico on January 16th and a week ago today taken into custody by FBI special agents and detectives from the CMPD News who worked tirelessly for more than nine years to capture him.
