On August 11, the supply of SpaceX shares jumps from 5% to 25% in a single day. That's 5 times more shares hitting the market overnight, from insiders who bought in years ago at a fraction of today's price. This is what happened to Facebook in 2012. After their lockup expired, the stock fell about 50% in just a few weeks. The business was growing fast at the time. The drop came purely from supply hitting the market faster than buyers could absorb. Most people holding SpaceX have no plan for August 11. Three steps to prepare for it now: 1. Print the unlock schedule and know every date new shares hit the market. 2. Check if SpaceX is more than 10% of your portfolio. 3. Decide your exit price now, before emotion kicks in. Every crash in modern history has created more millionaires than the bull market before it. The mechanism is forced selling. When fear takes over, leveraged funds get margin calls and retail panics, which means good companies trade at bankrupt prices. When fear fades, those snapbacks produce the biggest gains of the cycle. We're at the part of the Ponzi scheme where the guy running it starts sweating. The US has $38 trillion in debt. It grows by $6 billion per day—not per year, per day. The US added $1 trillion in debt in just 71 days last year. Here's the problem: The US paid $1.2 trillion in interest on that debt in 2025. That's more than defense spending. So how do you fix it? 1) Raise taxes? The wealthy leave (see: Britain) 2) Cut spending? Political suicide 3) Default? Game over There's only one path: Print Money. Devalue the debt by making dollars worth less. Ray Dalio: "If you devalue money, you devalue debt." Translation: Your savings, salary, and retirement get quietly confiscated to pay for government debt. The S&P was up 18% last year. Against gold? Down 28%. That 46% gap is the real inflation rate they're not telling you. Currency devaluation isn't coming—it's official policy.

The SpaceX IPO will be the most hyped listing in years. It's also the moment the early investors finally cash out on the public. SpaceX has been private for 20 years. The private equity guys got in early and are sitting on massive gains. A $1M stake is now worth $100M. A $10M stake is now a billion. The problem is their money is locked up. The shares don't trade, so those investors look rich but can't spend a cent of it. The IPO is their way out. They sell their shares, and the people buying them are retail investors like you. So while everyone races to buy at the open, watch what the institutional money does. They’re also not allowed to sell for the first 6 months after it happens, so I’d recommend to wait until then.

Kevin Walsh took over the Fed with three choices to make... (only ONE is politically viable) Choice 1: Raise rates Higher rates would push the economy into recession and tank your retirement portfolio. The government already pays over $1T per year just in interest on the $39T national debt and can't afford to pay more. Choice 2: Hold rates steady Inflation lets the government repay the $39T debt with cheaper dollars each year. But because they keep borrowing $2T every year, the debt keeps growing. The problem is still there. Choice 3: Cut rates and print money The dollar weakens, inflation runs hotter, and the real value of the $39T debt shrinks year after year. The government has no choice to do this and you pay the price. If you hold cash or bonds (and the average American does), you pay the cost. This is what happened in 1946, before inflation erode the value of the dollar by 50% over the next 28 years.
