My my issue is that she didn’t allow the man to first finish his point. Man was talking about the dowry and how dramatic it was yet all the bills were on him and she cuts him short to remind him he is short and she only married him because her friend said he is tall. When Hon. Luzzi says Sarah is tall he doesn’t mean her height.

Today, we managed to seek audience with the Speaker of Parliament Anita Annet Among and a second meeting with HE Yoweri K Museveni. The urgency of the meeting was to discuss the issue of licensing of SACCOs by BOU. The President agreed that BOU should simply oversee flow of money in the SACCOs but not to take over control of these SACCOs through Regulations which don’t consider the unique nature of SACCOs as cooperatives. He has agreed to halt the recent announcement by BOU that gave SACCOs a deadline of 31st March 2026 until the laws are harmonized. He further agreed that SACCOs shouldn’t be taxed and is in favour of extending the tax holiday on SACCO. Thank you our dear President for being rational and understanding the issues of our people. Our dear SACCOs, u can now breathe. Thanks madam Speaker for being quick at finding solutions. FINALLY; I have rewatched the judgment of Chibita. He begins by apologizing for delay Agrees with CJ Agrees civilians can’t be tried in court martial as it lacks the safe guards in article 28. He upholds prospective annulment and orders that cases of civilians pending before GCM be remitted to Civillian Courts. It’s now 4:1: Kiwedeeee
