We are delighted that Ethan Nwaneri will be staying with us. He will play an important role in the upcoming season. Based on the quality he has shown in training and in matches, we believe he has the attributes to compete as a full starter for us next season. Regarding Gabriel Jesus, Gabriel Martinelli, Reiss Nelson and Fabio Vieira. we have huge respect for their professionalism and for everything they have given to Arsenal. However, as part of our ambition to compete for the Premier League and Champions League, we must ensure every position meets the standard required. After careful discussions, we feel it is in the best interests of both the club and the players to explore opportunities where they can play regularly and be central to a project.
