i think what really separates them is the refrag. obviously T2 teams of any regions will know the concept of it, but the CONSISTENCY of it in brazil is insane almost EVERY kill is coupled with another player, soft pressure, util. every listen-in is constant 3 2 1s. every first contact stops peeking to wait for someone to help that consistent refrag and kill-coupling you only really see at T1 in NA/EU. the flurry of refrags in the attached clip you only really see when high level opponents vs each other internationally! we've been hearing of brazil's great T2 scene for years, it was great to see it firsthand finally what makes them so good
