This is LAPD Richard Podkowski. When they falsely arrested me he couldn’t resist gloating (off camera of course). I spent years showing the Dept his misconduct. The LAPD covered for him. Then in 2024 he was arrested for Assault w/Deadly Weapon. They should have listened to me.

LAPD Headquarters, 9:26 am: Four minutes before the 9:30 am Police Commission meeting was set to begin, the LAPD announces its been delayed until 11am because of “technical difficulties.” They are making it harder and harder for the public to give input.

I called this years ago.

Jim McDonnell just LIED to the LAPD commission by saying there aren’t any gangs in the department. But LAPD documents show the Chief of Police admits to the existence of a “law enforcement gang.”

LAPD says they don’t have enough cops, yet have three cops doing…. graffiti removal. One cop paints while two watch.

Scientology locked arms to protect this specific building (not the recruiting building) because their Office of Special Affairs (OSA) is upstairs. They are the people whose job it is to investigate and harass Scientology’s critics.

Some people definitely should not be cops.

LAPD detention officers beat and killed a man in mental health crisis.

Three Scientology buildings on Hollywood blvd have removed their door handles. They are under siege.

LAPD shoots a young girl with 37mm, then fires into crowd, and then in direction of a car. The LAPD is only supposed to use these when someone has a WEAPON. Not to move the crowd.

Hollywood, 11:48pm: LAPD cop smoking unknown substance. They then took me on a low speed chase. 45 mins later I filmed LAPD cops handcuffing and searching four Black guys for *smoking a vape* in a parked car.

Scientology’s Hollywood recruiting center has been closed for 16 days because of speed runners.
