SLX has achieved a result that extends beyond gaming mice: the lowest button-input latency we’ve ever measured in a consumer electronics device. Powered by its TMR analog technology. An extraordinary claim. A measurable result. SLX — 2.0 ms Viper v4 Pro — 7.5 ms OP1 8k v2 — 5.7 ms Superstrike x2 — 3.0 ms Wooting 80he — 5.6 ms We’re also introducing a new standard for how that latency should be tested. Our methodology models the physical action of a human click to measure physical end-to-end latency. Because a meaningful performance comparison must reflect how a device is actually used. The video below shows how we model the click, exactly where the measurement begins and ends, and the parameters used to test each device. This is the standard we believe input-latency testing should meet.
