Turns out Santiago Capital and Whitney Webb were both right about stable coins, and how the U.S. government plans to fund its debt with them. This also explains why the U.S. is trying to cause chaos everywhere. If you destabilize international trade & trigger a recession, it causes a Dollar shortage in many countries throughout the world. By creating a Dollar shortage, it forces nations to print more of their own currency liquidate their foreign reserves and U.S. bonds. Doing so devalues their local currency, which increases demand for U.S. assets, triggering a feedback loop of a rising Dollar and demand for U.S. stable coins. Currency arbitrage is Scott Bessent's professional background. So much so that he helped cause the UK currency crisis in 1992 "Black Wednesday" and the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis with George Soros and Stanley Druckenmiller. In Scott Bessent's recent speech of "Economic D-Day" he specifically warned every nation that they're about to sanction any nation trading with Iran. That halts all cross border Dollar flows into those nations, which will trigger sovereign debt crisis. The "Japan crisis" also appears to be part of the plan to suddenly cutting off liquidity from markets. The plan really is genius... that's why it's called "The Genius Act" The question is, how do targeted nations prevent the sudden outflow of currency into the United States without being able to block Bitcoin and other crypto currencies?

I have a theory... Trump's renaming of Lake Ontario to Lake America wasn't a coincidence. If we're truly entering a period of global draughts, I believe they're preparing to announce a massive emergency project to build water pipelines from Lake Ontario to the southern United States. It will be similar to what President Hoover did with the Hoover dam project during the Great Depression. By renaming it to Lake America, the U.S. also claims the legal fresh water rights.

Listen to what Scott Bessent said in 2023: "Could the initial stages be a Dollar rally, because companies, countries are paying back their Dollar debt. So there's a Dollar thirst, before there's Dollar boycott." *He's describing is a deflationary, global sovereign debt crisis.

I think we should be more of a platform company than a product company." *This 2 minute section is astounding because Sam Altman just admitted: 1) AI (LLMs) are a commodity; meaning they're easily substitutable, suffering from extreme boom and bust cycles. 2) OpenAI doesn't have any products, they're relying on users to build them. 3) They want to be a service provider, putting them in direct competition in a space already dominated by Oracle, Amazon, Microsoft and Google. The scary part is Sam doesn't realize he just told the world that the emperor has no clothes.

It's estimated there is 133:1 paper-to-gold on the London Metal Exchange (LME) in the UK which creates massive systemic risk if there were a sudden demand for physical delivery. Major Chinese banks stopped retail paper gold trading on July 24, 2026, forcing everyday investors to liquidate their holdings or take physical delivery of the metal. The Shanghai Gold Exchange now requires physical delivery instead of paper between financial institutions, suggesting SGE is about to become a 3rd major metals trading market backed entirely by physical. China is also building a global network of gold vaults and accelerating its central bank reserve buying as part of a plan to promote the yuan’s role in international trade. There are increasing signs China is about to trigger some type of rebalancing in the gold market by specifically targeting the global derivatives market. If this coincides with a Japanese yen carry trade unwind, we could see a sudden liquidity shortage among financial institutions. The global over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives market has a total notional value of $846 trillion and a gross market value of $21.8 trillion, according to reports from the Bank for International Settlements (BIS)

Scott Bessent was asked some hard questions by Japanese 🇯🇵 reporters yesterday about the sudden urgency of U.S. intervention in the yen. This interview went totally under the radar. To understand why people are concerned about this, the last time the U.S. intervened in the yen was during the Asian Financial Crisis of 1998. By getting involved, the U.S. is clearly becoming concerned over the Bank of Japans failed efforts to stabilize the yen's depreciation. At the same time, if they intervene too much and arbitrage traders smell blood in the water the yen could rapidly reverse, appreciating against the U.S. Dollar and destroying the "Yen Carry Trade" that has pumped U.S. markets to nose bleeding heights. Scott Bessent worked for George Soros and was directly involved currency arbitrage his entire career. Many blame Soros for contributing to the UK currency crisis of 1992 known as "Black Wednesday" and the Asian Financial crisis of 1998.

The 🇯🇵 Japanese yen devaluation is very similar to what happened in 1992 Britain 🇬🇧 They tried saving the British pound by selling foreign assets & buying pounds. It failed Out of desperation they rapidly raised interest rates, which signaled panic. BoJ is in the same situation

Well there it is... Scott Bessent has begun the economic war to cut the world in half. "It is now time for world leaders to make a decision between prosperity and isolation, peace and terror, America and Iran." China and the U.S. realize they can't directly engage each other, that's what the meetings in China were about. China's President Xi Jinping specifically used the term "Thucydides Trap" after that meeting to warn about the structural risk of war when a rising power challenges an established one. They've agreed to fight WW3 in the Middle-East and Europe, to determine where the borders lie in the new world order.
