(Well, it'll take you longer than that, but I show you how to do it in 60 seconds) Ingredients: - El Viajero Shredded Queso Quesadilla - Tillamook Medium Cheddar - Legit Mexican tortillas made with lard - Actual lard (I cooked hamburger at the same time and spread some of the oil on the tortilla as it was cooking, forgot to video that part) - Kosher salt to finish (go easy on it, I put on a little too much)
