Netflix has already added more depth to the Katara and Suki relationship with this one scene than we ever gotten in the animation. I hope we continue to see them be great friends in season 3

Netflix obviously wants to explore the more impulsive &amp; emotional side of Azula. I don’t hate it. I have to see season 3 to see if it lands. She’s still very smart but she unable to hide her emotions. Lizzy Yu’s performance this season was great though

Once again, Netflix used faked scripts during their ATLA auditions but imagine if this was the actual show and we got some kids in school dealing with busniess man Ozai as the villain 😭

Let’s start with Aang. Gordon’s acting has improved. That said, I wish we saw more of fun and whimsy Aang. That’s who he is. I understand why they wrote him this way for this season but I need him to be cheerful again. I do still like this version on him though

They were so tiny but it's also kinda funny bc now my headcanon that Wan Shi Tong just leaves his library occasionally to get some fresh air 😭

The writing for Katara has definitely improved. I think she was great. I feel the writers are still slightly holding back a bit but overall a massive improvement. I loved that we still saw her compassion. I liked her story this season. Kiawentiio did a good job
