🇺🇦 Ukraine changed me. I’m returning in a few days. 🗣️My first trip was in 2022 in Przemyśl, Poland, where we supported the first wave of displaced Ukrainians. Since then, I’ve witnessed the aftermath of the Kakhovka dam destruction in Kherson and the daily attacks Ukrainians endure across the country. ▶️The video explains why I keep returning — and how you can support Ukraine. #Patriotism #NoKings 🇺🇸 This weekend, as I celebrate 🎂another trip around the sun, I'm making a stand for the nation I believe in. Tomorrow, I'll be proudly attending the #NoKings Rally. 🎥 I share why in this video, recorded at Malden's historic Bell Rock Memorial, because this place reminds us of what true patriotism looks like. The service members honored here, who gave the ultimate sacrifice in World War II, helped preserve our First Amendment rights to free speech and peaceable assembly, which allow protests like this one on October 18th across our nation. ➡️ Some are calling this a "Hate America" rally. That couldn't be further from the truth. The real hatred and attack on our democracy was the insurrection on January 6th. That was not patriotism. 🇺🇸Our rally is a peaceful mobilization and is a deeply patriotic act.
