dear eusexua, thank you for bringing me back to life. thank you for insisting that there is a collective demand for work that requires attention span, pure ideas, craft, pushing beyond oneself, beauty, and that raw non linear growth still has a place in this world. thank you for reminding me that i have what it’s takes and that people in this world see me and believe in the importance of subculture and community just as much as i suspected. thank you for proving that art is not something that can just be declared but is something that is chiseled, deliberated over, cared for and perfected over time. thank you eusexua for delivering me, for delivering my collaborators and for lighting the way to my north star. thank you to all of you who energetically willed me to create eusexua. i made this for you and will always be so grateful to those who have just wanted me to be me. eusexua is a practice eusexua is a state of being eusexua is the pinnacle of human experience and now eusexua is yours love twigs x

i think you’ll like it…watch this offering with reverence, somewhere that allows solace. take it in on the largest screen you can find. i am its mother, jordan hemingway is its father. it was conceived in the vantablack of night out of passion, love and trust. jordan i love you, you captured me.

the blindfold represents many things. bodies that are never seen, bodies that deserve to be seen, bodies that trust, bodies that find freedom through relinquishing trust, finding power and courage through vulnerability and consensual submission. this is what it looks like to witness your vessel moving, absent of judgement. ballet harbours elegance, beauty, discipline and reaches for the heavens. yet, can be elitist and withhold such beauty from bodies that do not visually appease the old narratives. here i celebrate Tahliah when i was 8 years old and was told i had flat feet for the first time and in doing so i celebrate all dancers who have found extreme beauty in the unconventional - whatever that even means.
