Strongly condemn the shameful and regressive remarks made by this SHO. This kind of language is not just inappropriate, it is an insult to the Constitution, to our society, and to the uniform he wears. No officer has the right to sit in judgment over the character, choices, or lives of citizens, especially women. That is not policing. That is an abuse of authority. The police exist to protect people, not to morally police them. Any officer who humiliates, demeans, or shames citizens is unfit to serve in a public role. There must be zero tolerance for this mindset. I expect immediate and strict action, Deputy Commissioner Swabi KP Police. Outraged by the tragic incident in Bannu, where a promising young athlete was gravely injured due to the criminal negligence and utter incompetence of provincial sports authorities. That a child was left to suffer on the ground without immediate rescue or basic care exposes a shocking indifference and callousness that is absolutely unacceptable. Our children are the future of this province, and no event, publicity stunt, or showcase can ever justify risking their lives. I call on the CM KP Sohail Afridi to take immediate, decisive action and hold those responsible fully criminally accountable. Such reckless disregard for the safety, dignity, and well-being of our youth is intolerable and must never be repeated. Led a unified jirga of government and opposition representatives to firmly raise the issues of wheat supply restrictions from Punjab and the prolonged closure of CNG stations before the federal committee constituted by PM Shehbaz Sharif. These measures carry a real human cost and are unjust and unconstitutional in spirit, amounting to a grave injustice against our people despite their immense contribution to the federation. I will continue to firmly and unapologetically defend the constitutional rights of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and ensure its people are not denied fair access to essential resources.

Today’s developments highlight a stark difference in our political culture. In #KhyberPakhtunkhwa, the PPP’s political activities are too often met with obstruction and undue force, while CM KP Sohail Afridi was welcomed in Sindh with courtesy and respect. This is not a matter of provincial competition; it is a question of political maturity and responsible leadership. The #PPP has consistently demonstrated that political disagreement can be managed through dialogue, tolerance, and respect. The KP government should reflect on it, and if there is a willingness to learn, the PPP has already offered a practical demonstration of what political maturity looks like.
