Day 3 with the arm brace. Today didn’t go as planned I fell short of my goal. But 3 days ago I could barely do 100m… today, I hit 180m. 🙏🏽 Progress is progress. Learning to celebrate the small wins, give myself grace, and keep showing up especially on the hard days. ❤️ This is just the beginning. #KeepGoing
