Ho. Lee. Shit. 2 weeks ago today I injured my shoulder doing bench. Massive bruise, couldn't sleep. No benching. Today I am doing CGBP with 225 for reps pain free and threw up a single at 255. No. Pain. BPC-157/TB500 FTW. 750 mcg daily. Fucking magic.
