Nasir El-Rufai as Minister of the FCT illegally paid two NYSC youth corps members - Dr. Mukhtar Abdul & Aisha Kolo 10 to 12 Million Naira in salaries while they served as his special assistants. The Senate Public Accounts Committee, chaired by Senator Mamman Ali, investigated the matter.
