🏟️ 𝗖𝗔𝗙 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗨𝗠 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧 𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗔! CAF Inspector Ms. Biance Brenda Wambui highlighted what needs to be fixed. 1.Player Benches Placement: Benches must be set 5 meters back from the pitch line. They need to be positioned so they do not obstruct the view of spectators behind them (especially since standard benches are roughly 1.8 meters high). This might require hacking/lowering the concrete section where they sit. 2.Warm-up Area: Space needs to be left or cleared nearby for players to warm up. 3.Player Protection & Tunnel: A retractable players' tunnel is required to protect players coming onto the pitch. Standards dictate it should be approximately 2.4 meters wide by 4 meters long and fully enclosed to prevent objects from being thrown at them. 4.Bench Capacities: Benches must have a capacity of at least 23 seats for each of the home and away teams, plus an additional bench seating 4 people. 5.Officials' Area: A dedicated, central location must be established for the match commissioner, general coordinator, and referees to sit, with access to a substitution board. 6.Structural Modifications: The team agrees that some concrete structures near the pitch side must be hacked/lowered to accommodate these requirements without blocking views.

𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬: A major concern on the western side is that players, VIPs and potentially high-profile guests currently use the same gate. She stressed that there must be completely separated, dedicated entrances for:Players, VIPs, Broadcast and media 6. 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡: She explained that the structural elements fall under Phase 1, while elements such as the separation of entrances on the western side are part of Phase 2.
