Biometric attendance for doctors is a questionable entity. •How can they be treated as normal 9-5pm workers? •Will additional hours be counted and rewarded? •Will patients who are waiting in OPD at 5pm come the next day? •Will surgeons leave the surgery midway? •Are emergencies counted?
