I love the tufted titmouse so much. He has a pattern: he comes up to the bird feeder, grabs a seed with his beak, and flies off. He wasn't able to complete his mission this time because a cardinal interrupted his plan. Take a look!

It's time to discuss Alan "Action" Jackson's next client: Fraser Bohm. Fraser Bohm, 23, from Malibu, CA, is being criminally prosecuted for a 2023 car crash on Pacific Coast Highway that killed 4 Pepperdine students. Bohm is charged with four counts of murder and vehicular manslaughter, and currently walks free on a $4.00 million bail. Jackson claims road rage caused the crash, while the gov't says Bohm was speeding 104 mph. His jury trial is set to begin in 7 weeks on August 28, 2025, and will likely be livestreamed (although I do not have confirmation yet, we know that his last court hearing had a camera in the courtroom). So the questions remain: Is he a spoiled rich kid who is going to get off because of his parents' money, or is it a case of wrongful prosecution to begin with? The judge Rules that Amber Heard acted with actual malice, which means "she had the INTENT to cause harm to Johnny Depp." Johnny's "family has been completely WRECKED ... and it is NOT FAIR."
