Not sure if uploading this is correct or not as it's someone's personal moment, yet sharing this in order to spread awareness on men's mental health which is ignored ALWAYS. This video was shared by an Instagram user- Tilak Dubey. He wrote: wrote, “Today, I was waiting for my train at Borivali. The platform was almost empty and quiet. I had just missed my train, and the next one was half an hour away. So I sat down and watched a few scattered lives passing by. After some time, I looked to my left — there’s another man sitting quietly, waiting for a train he’s already missed… maybe for reasons bigger than time. Head down. Eyes flooded. He’s crying… but not the kind of crying people notice. It’s the silent kind.” The post has since gone viral, with many praising the empathy and sensitivity shown in the message. A woman from New Town, Kolkata, has reportedly been terminated from her job after a video of her verbally abusing an app-based bike rider during a dispute over a cancelled booking went viral on social media. According to reports, the rider alleged that the woman had booked rides on two different apps simultaneously and later cancelled his booking after he had already travelled over 2 kilometres to pick her up. Upset over the cancellation, he confronted her while recording the interaction on his phone. The video captured the woman allegedly hurling abuses at the rider and as per reports she was allegedly threatening to file a rape case against him, despite there being no allegation of sexual assault in the dispute. The clip quickly spread online, drawing widespread criticism. As the video gained traction, the woman's employer reportedly terminated her services, stating that her conduct could negatively impact the company's reputation. Reports also suggest that crowds later gathered outside her residence, prompting police intervention after she sought help. The woman subsequently apologised for her behaviour, claiming she lost her temper because she was running late for work. While many continued to target her online, a growing section of social media has questioned the public vilification and her dismissal from work over an incident not related to her professional duties. The incident has sparked a wider debate on public behaviour, the treatment of gig workers, social media backlash, and the consequences of making serious legal threats during personal disputes. What are your views on this incident? Let us know in the comments. #formenindia

A few days back, a Delhi University (DU) student, Chitra Singh, has alleged harassment by a professor and pressure from college authorities, while other students reportedly gave statements against her, leading to a public dispute Chitra uploaded an Instagram reel where she shared her experience claiming she was mentally harassed by an unnamed professor over an internal issue. After she posted the video about the alleged incident, she claimed the Head of Department (HOD) pressured her to delete the post and that her admit card was withheld just before an exam. Her Instagram video created a sensation on social media with various news portals taking her side and sympathising with her, demanding justice. However, her classmates and some other students claimed that the story was one sided and that she made false allegations. One major counter-allegation is that Singh only attended three days out of a six-month semester. It is also alleged that she posted her classmates' private phone numbers online (doxxing) & defamed her. Students have claimed that the allegations by Chitra has taken a toll on the mental health of the professor. Many users claimed that the viral video itself is shaky, lacks context, and doesn't clearly show harassment, leading some to believe that Chitra's video is a social media drama without factual basis. Till date, no FIR has been filed against anyone. SWIPE TO SEE THE VIDEO UPLOADED BY CHITRA AS WELL AS THE STATEMENT OF THE STUDENTS AGAINST CHITRA.
