Finally some policy talk! Wisconsin is poised to forgo more than $2 billion in tax revenue subsidizing massive data centers. My Cranes & Trains policy would end those giveaways and invest that $2 billion in housing, schools, clean energy, community infrastructure, and transit -- including finally building the Milwaukee–Madison train that Scott Walker literally cancelled.
