Coaches: Remember that this is a “straight path foul.” If the defender is not legal when the ball handler starts his drive, ball handler is allowed a straight path to the basket. (We’re all getting used to this.) Good officiating by Brooks Wells here.

I’ve done easily 75 games in Kansas Men’s Basketball Allen Fieldhouse but last night was a Top 5 atmosphere in there for me. I think many of the UConn Men's Basketball fans I talked to were blown away. At its best, there is no place like it in college basketball.

Coaches: The “One Dribble Per Second” rule came about after my poor coaching in a late-game situation. The next day we tested this in practice. It’s relatively fool proof. When your player catches it, there’s no need to locate clock. I smile when I hear it in a TO huddle now.👍🏼🏀
