I’m a big believer in filling your target muscle groups w blood before your major lifts. On quad day it’s leg extensions, on ham/glute day it’s leg curls, on pec day it’s flyes, and on back day it’s push downs.

RDLs are a non-negotiable in terms of ham development. But sometimes I want the stability of a machine over traditional barbell/dumbbell variations. So, lever RDL/GM it is. I really connect with these and focus on that tempo and stretch without being concerned about grip.
