This is a Novus Ordo church Cardinal. I honestly believe their lack of spiritual dignity of office is in part due to their invalid orders. Valid ordination doesn’t make one a saint, but it does bring graces and good fruits which the Novus Ordo clergy clearly lack.

People are too far removed today to see the wickedness brought about by Paul VI, Vatican II and the Novus Ordo. Liberal seminaries trained literal apostates and millions left the priesthood, monasteries and convents because they had no faith anymore. Work of Lucifer! (1968)
