The highlight of 2025 was taking my daughters to #Ghana for their very first time to meet, Grandma Minka, and to see our Hope Of A Billion Foundation’s work firsthand while helping run resilience workshops there. Here’s to more giving back, a stronger #community, and hope in 2026.

Great runs in Lake Placid (22nd & 20th). Season taught me to keep showing up—control #effort, #attitude, #commitment. One race left. Thanks for the support! 💪🏾🇬🇭 #HopeOfABillion #TeamGhana #IBSF
