🚨🚨NEW: Paul Scholes say Arsenal is not among the Premier League title favourites next season: I’m going to stick my neck out here and say Arsenal will finish either third or fourth next season. I know that won’t go down well with Arsenal fans, but I just don’t see them finishing above Manchester United and Chelsea. For me, those two clubs will fight it out for first and second. United are building something that I think could surprise a lot of people, while Chelsea have the quality, depth and ambition to be right at the top of the table. Arsenal are a good side, there’s no doubt about that, but I think they’ll find themselves chasing the top two rather than competing for the title. If I had to predict it today, I’d have United and Chelsea fighting for the Premier League, with Arsenal finishing third or fourth.

They've been very consistent under Mikel Arteta and they've done a lot of things well, but at some point you have to turn those good seasons into trophies. I just don't think they're at the level where they'll dominate the Premier League. When I look at the teams around them, Liverpool are always going to be there because they know what it takes to win the title, and Chelsea are the side that really catches my eye. They've recruited very well, they've got exciting young players mixed with quality, and under Xabi Alonso I think they'll take another big step forward. Everything seems to be moving in the right direction for them. For me, Liverpool and Chelsea are more likely to be the two teams fighting for the Premier League next season. Arsenal will still be competitive, but I think they'll fall short again because the teams around them have improved more and look better equipped to go all the way."

🚨🚨Jamie Carragher says Manchester United are far much behind in terms of ambition among the Big Six. “Manchester United are a shambles of a football club right now. I look at the way they are operating in the transfer market and I just don’t understand it. This is Manchester United — they should be going after the biggest players, the best talent available, but instead they keep walking away from deals because they don’t want to pay the money. “You look at the names they’ve been linked with — Mateus Fernandes, Sandro Tonali, Morgan Rogers and other top players — and time after time they seem to step back when the deal becomes difficult.
