🚨 When Andrew Tate was being arrested in Miami, he could be seen handing his phone to his security guard who (wisely) dropped it. Another member of the crew could then be seen picking it up. Did authorities end up collecting this phone? What is on this device that Tate did not want them to access?

🚨 Andrew and Tristan Tate bragging about their "$50 million super yacht" has backfired in a MAJOR way The DOJ is using their boasting to argue for keeping them detained and denied bail during their extradition case: "In addition to his well-documented world travels, in July 2026, Andrew Tate posted a video tour on social media of a $50 million, 41 metre super-yacht, 'Obsidian Blade,' which he is reported to be having built in Bodrum, Turkey, and which is reported to be due for completion in 2027," the filing says. Some, including myself, have been skeptical to say the least that they have actually paid to have such a yacht built. If it is just a social media stunt, it may be a costly one.

🚨 Andrew Tate's bone-headed lawyer says the UK's plan is: "Get them to the United Kingdom, they threaten them with 100 years in jail, or they say you can have a plea offer for maybe 2-5, you'll be out in a year and a half or two years." Except... the UK doesn't even have a "plea deal" system like the US. Even if they did, if they believe they can convict them of alleged crimes like rape, human trafficking, etc... why on earth would they make a deal for such a short sentence? How did this man pass a bar exam?

🚨 For anyone who thinks Andrew Tate's new child pornography related charges are a "matrix attack": Here is a BDSM video of Andrew (censored) hitting a girl wearing lingerie with a belt who was 14 or 15 years old, according to when Andrew himself said it was filmed. Tate is charged in Romania with trafficking this girl as a minor into webcam pornography. It is expected that the new UK charges involve this girl.

Clavicular says that it is "innocent until proven guilty" with Andrew Tate, but that it is a political hitjob and some women were paid money to give statements (a lie). Piers Morgan tries to help Clav understand the contradiction - that he says innocent until proven guilty yet condemns the women as liars before a trial. Clav... fails to understand.

🚨 UNHINGED: Andrew Tate screaming on stream about how everyone is going to respect him! He says, "You don't to indict me! You don't get to make me cry!" If Tate is indicted soon, it will be because of his charges in Romania including rape, human trafficking, sex acts with a minor and trafficking minors.

🚨 Andrew Tate's bumbling lawyer, Joseph McBride, speaks outside a courthouse in Miami after a hearing about the Tate's potential extradition to the UK. To address a few main talking points: 1. "Tate is not a flight risk because he cooperated with judiciary control in Romania." Tate had to check in at Bucharest periodically as part of his judiciary control requirements. If he did not, he would risk becoming an international fugitive and going back to jail. Tate had an unbelievably good deal in Romania. He was able to travel the world freely while charged with crimes as serious as allegedly raping a 15-year-old and trafficking a 17-year-old. If the Tate's were ever going to face trial in Romania, it was years and years away. They were never going to risk giving up the cushy deal they had been given. And this is important to consider when people (moronically) use the Tates complying with Romania as proof that they are not a flight risk for the UK. You are comparing: Being able to travel the world freely and live as normal for years and years while awaiting trial in Romania Vs Being likely incarcerated until trial in the UK (and the UK charges are trial ready) where they face up to life sentences if convicted of what they are charged with. So in my opinion, the Tate's behaviour in Romania does not mean they are not a flight risk to the UK. 2. "We haven't been given evidence like victim names, witness statements. We demand the evidence and police records from the UK." It's not unusual for the UK not to produce its full evidence at this stage. Extradition hearings aren't trials - they determine whether someone should be extradited, not whether they're guilty.
