🚨 Clavicular says that he sometimes secretly removes his condom during sex after putting it on for a woman to see. The practice is known as "stealthing" - and can constitute a sexual offence (even rape) depending on the jurisdiction. Clav is currently facing rape and other charges in Massachusetts. He has not been convicted.

🚨 NEW: The Clavicular police report reveals that the 17-year-old complainant told police he instructed her to say she was 18 on his livestream - and to pretend the alcohol was water so his Twitch account wouldn't get banned. Police also reviewed footage from the stream as part of their investigation. In this clip, she says she's 18 and appears to be slurring her words while asking Clavicular his age. More details in this thread... 🧵

🚨 Andrew Tate's lawyer doesn't understand that minors cannot consent He references two of the Tate's alleged victims who have defended them... "I was in that video with the belt, and that was just play. That was Andrew and I's relationship." The video he is referring to was of Andrew hitting a girl in lingerie with a belt. It was filmed in 2012 (according to Andrew). She turned 15 in 2012... In case I need to explain this to anyone, underage children cannot legally consent to sex, sexual "games" or performing in webcam pornography. "Women are online making statements right now in front of the courthouse in Romania. I've been listed as a victim. I'm not a victim." My God. McBride is referring to an embarrassing propaganda video that the Tates staged in 2024. Tate fan accounts are coordinating a mass propaganda campaign posting these old videos of women and claiming that they were "breaking news" of them now speaking out. McBride is participating in this propaganda campaign with teenage boys, pretending that a video from years ago just happened. This is in my opinion an example of why Joseph McBride is fighting to keep his license to practice law due to his conduct while representing the Tates.

🚩 Andrew Tate's lawyer, Joseph McBride: "Even if you accept all the allegations against them is true, the amount of good they've done for the world tremendously outweighs the bad." At the time of this interview, the Tates were charged with alleged crimes including rape, human trafficking, sex acts with a minor for allegedly violently raping a 15-year-old and trafficking a 17-year-old into webcam pornography. So, Joseph is saying that even if the Tate's trafficked and raped women and children, it would be outweighed if they told teenage boys to do pushups or something.

WhatsApp messages pulled from Andrew Tate's device show him telling Tristan in 2014 that someone wants him to go to Samui, Thailand to "sign a Glory contract." Tate would never sign with Glory, or any elite kickboxing promotion. He instead won his "world titles" in laughable fashion, winning ISKA "titles" against people in their first ever professional fight. Some in their only ever professional kickboxing fight.

🚨 Andrew Tate's lawyer says that Marco Rubio should not sign off on their extradition to the UK, because "one allegation against (Rubio)'s son and his son's life is over." This may be the most desperate tactic I've ever seen. A reminder that multiple women are accusing the Tates of alleged crimes including violent rape, dating back to 2010. I doubt Marco Rubio needs to worry about this happening to his son.

When in reality, he spent several months in a recently renovated detention centre in 2023.

🚨 Clavicular's advice to his chat: "If you want a girl to be retained, you could just give her nicotine patches while she's sleeping, that way she's literally addicted to being with you and sleeping with you and you could make her chemically dependent so she starts withdrawing when she tries to leave you." One of Clav's new criminal charges is for drugging a person for sexual intercourse. Could a clip like this be used against him? Clavicular denies the allegations against him and has not been convicted.

But those influenced by Tate, who greatly exaggerates his own wealth, can be taken with a grain of salt when they tell you how rich they are.
