In order to get the line, you need to pressure Sephiroth after the wings section and then pressure him when he does the Octoslash stance. If you stagger him, then you won’t hear it. Line reads: 俺の力、ぜんぶたたっこむ “I will use my power to give it my all”

Wonder how many caught on that the whispers flying around Aerith is not new to the story. ToTP covers this when she was a young girl. Also damn Cloud really didn’t trust Aerith the first time they met. Called her annoying/ troublesome under his breath which she does not like.
