I asked Senator Sanders (Bernie Sanders) whether he believes President Trump would sign comprehensive AI legislation into law if it came to his desk. “Look, it is embarrassing, really, I think, going beyond politics, how ignorant this president is about the dangers of AI, and I would hope that the people around him, many of whom are not ignorant, will tell him that he has got to sign that legislation. And furthermore, at a time when the American people, whether they're conservative or progressive, are standing up and demanding action.
