I saw that first building on my trip to São Paulo. it’s a community center with multiple gyms, gallery spaces, art studios, offices, a cafeteria, a library, a theater, a coffeeshop, outdoor and indoor lounging space, and an Olympic swimming pool. all for free or low cost!
