Shit will always change. If it's terrible right now, it's going to get better. If it's phenomenal right now, it is going to get worse. That's just the way it's always been You need to be aware of when you have big opportunities ... you need to "squeeze" it so fucking hard when you've got that moment

On a previous #TeawithGaryVee I was asked "My son grew up wanting to be a YouTuber for his gaming. I was always very supportive of this. He's 22 and refuses to try the software I got him to record his gameplay. I know he probably needs someone to sit with him and figure out the software and encourage him, but I'm a woman of few words and honestly, it's more like nagging at this point. Can you give him a message of encouragement to make his dream a reality?" if you have a question for me, drop it here so my team can add it to the next Rapid Fire Q&A and follow me on

On a previous #TeawithGaryVee I was asked "On a recent podcast, you said sadness comes from insecurity, which I really vibe with. I'm a creative filmmaker and entrepreneur, and imposter syndrome is really loud for me. I know you believe that imposter syndrome is really just insecurity. So, how do I start becoming more secure?" if you have a question for me, drop it here so my team can add it to the next Rapid Fire Q&A and follow me on

On a previous #TeawithGaryVee I was asked "I'm 66. Worked two jobs for 24 years. Looking for suggestions to supplement my social security after I retire next year in July. Is something online really possible for an older person?" if you have a question for me, drop it here so my team can add it to the next Rapid Fire Q&A and follow me on

The 58 year old right now that’s reading this, might live another 40 years. Forty years of being able to do something you love is a big deal. If you have the hunger and ambition and desire to keep going, start recognizing this isn’t just a young person’s game. Start representing the people that have actually put in the years, the gray hairs, the groundbreakers, the knowledge!

On a previous #TeawithGaryVee I was asked "What do you think will be the highest growing asset someone can own digitally right now, especially with all the AI and web 2.0 buzz happening?" if you have a question for me, drop it here so my team can add it to the next Rapid Fire Q&A and follow me on

Of course, like any other trait, you have to find some level of balance but there are so many people that are utterly confused that being born competitive or having a competitive gene is a superpower. Let me say this clearly: being competitive is a superpower. You must hone it but it is a superpower. Over the last 30, 40 years way too many parents have demonized it and have tried to take it out of their kids' bodies. One of the great mistakes of modern parenting
