#TABCShowcase 🏀 The Top 10 🎙️ A lot to breakdown from Saturday at TABC where all 522 teams played at least once, but these are the 10 talking points I’m focusing on. 1️⃣ 🎥 Reese (lilskip) Alston’s ascension is fully underway. Elite shotmaker who creates real separation getting to his spots. On a court with both baselines packed with college coaches, he was the SHOW. 2️⃣ Been saying it for a long time but Amare Guerra is a dude who simply gets the job done as a PG. Tough finishes, deep range and excellent passing vision. 🎥 3️⃣ Carter Cowboy Basketball is FULLY LOADED. Amarion Hunter “whiteboii” as a tough lead scoring guard, tons of defensive length in their frontcourt, and got a big boost from Landen "Fats" Higgs in my first time seeing him back from injury. 4️⃣ It looks like there’s another top level team in the works in Beaumont 👀 Payton Jones & Ephriam moore Jr. make a terrifying duo to try to defend and there’s a lot of good pieces on this BU Timberwolves roster. 5️⃣ Love the infectious energy that Seven Lakes Basketball plays with. Starts with 2027 Isaiah Santos refusing to be outworked & filters down to the scoring of Sean .J. Mwesigwa and Jose Martins. Will be a legitimate contender in 6A again! 6️⃣ 🎥 Elijahgibson08 stock has EXPLODED over the last two weekends. Playing himself into a very good situation with Harker Heights Knights Basketball. Coaches need to check him and David blount out if they haven’t already - very recruitable prospects! 7️⃣ Seems like there’s always a big performance from an AtascocitaBasketball prospect at TABC, this year’s (so far) belongs to Jachai Cantave. Natural bucket getter with great footwork and feel! 8️⃣ Steele Basketball backcourt is FORREAL. Jamail garland, Maurice Eddie and Logan Gonzalez can give you buckets in a hurry! 9️⃣ There’s a real squad out west Permian Basketball as ‘28 KJ Miller and ‘26 Vari Beck have been dropping huge numbers all weekend! 🔟 Waxahachie Boys Basketball ‘26 duo of Trae Nunn & Michael Gatewood AKA MG3 looked hungry today and both took advantage of the platform. Combined for 46 in a win I was courtside for. Back tomorrow for the final day of the nation’s best Live Period event! #GASO
