🏒❤️ While we hosted the in-person Inaugural Gaudreau Family 5K event in New Jersey with over 1,000 participants, something incredible happened virtually. The Florida Panthers - focused on their upcoming Stanley Cup Finals - took time out of their championship preparations to participate in our virtual effort. Not just the players, but their families and staff members too. This is what hockey family means. Even with the biggest prize in hockey on the line, the Panthers organization understood that some things are bigger than the game. John & Matty’s legacy continues to unite our hockey community, from New Jersey to Florida and everywhere in between. Thank you to the Panthers for showing that no matter where you are, we're all connected in our efforts to honor John & Matty. #GaudreauFamily5K

A day that began with a rainbow as the rain cleared turned into something truly magical. 🌈 Thousands of you came together for our Inaugural Gaudreau Family 5K in honor of John & Matty Gaudreau - family, friends, community members, NHL players, and so many more. Seeing this incredible community come together to honor the boys and keep their legacies alive means everything to the Gaudreau family. Words can never fully express how grateful we are to each and every one of you here in New Jersey and across the world, but we’ll say them anyway - THANK YOU. The sports world continues to rally around the Gaudreaus! ❤️❤️ Yesterday was special – Guy Gaudreau threw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Philadelphia Phillies game, and by beautiful coincidence, Philadelphia Eagles Howie Roseman was also there throwing out a first pitch. Hockey, baseball, and football worlds all coming together to honor John & Matty.
