JASON BOURNE The idea of a real-life Jason Bourne is Hollywood fiction. Tier 1 operators aren't masters of everything. They become exceptional through years of focused training, repetition, and experience. The highest performers understand that true expertise comes from mastering one skill at a time before moving to the next. There are no shortcuts, secret programs, or overnight transformations. Every capability is built through discipline, deliberate practice, and thousands of repetitions under pressure. The professionals who make it look effortless do so because they've invested countless hours refining the fundamentals. Master the basics first. Excellence isn't magic, it's consistency over time. #gbrsgroup #trainingforlife #specialoperations

While competition isn't a substitute for tactical training, there are valuable lessons that can translate when applied with the right context. The same is true in reverse, tactical experience brings a mindset and discipline that competition alone can't teach. Keep an open mind, stay a student, and take the best from both worlds. Growth happens when you're willing to learn beyond your comfort zone.

EXPERIENCE BASED - The best way to stay relevant is to keep learning, keep testing, and keep getting your hands on new equipment. We are always shooting different guns, testing new products, and finding out what actually works. But there’s a balance.. new doesn’t automatically mean better. You need to experiment without constantly changing what you know works. A month and a half ago, we had the pleasure of getting behind this Kimber and having a little fun with it. Always learning. Always testing. Always staying relevant. The goal isn’t to chase everything new. It’s to know your go to so well that everything else becomes an opportunity to learn. #gbrsgroup #gbrs #training #shooting #testandeval

In CQB, there’s no time for talk. Body language becomes the primary language. Reading your teammates’ movement, posture, and pace tells you everything you need to know. The better you know your team, the tighter the flow. High-performing teams don’t guess… they know. Be a pro.

Testing- The boys ran the Palmetto State Armory Sabre 15 hard before adding it to the instructor inventory—this 11.5” 5.56 carbine is light, nimble, and built like a tank. After a few thousand rounds, not a single hiccup. No issues, no malfunctions—just clean, reliable performance. Always try before you buy. #gbrs #gbrsgroup #sabre15 #carbine #556 #psa #training #durability #beapro #mindset #skillset

Movement at night isn’t about speed, it’s about control, awareness, and trust. Darkness hides everything, your position, your enemy, and sometimes your teammates. You’ve got to know where your people are without seeing them, feel the rhythm of movement & communicate in silence.

Patriotism Isn’t Dead- Here in the U.S., we wear the flag with pride, not because we think we’re perfect, but because we’ve fought, bled, and lost brothers and sisters under it. We know the cost. And we carry it with reverence and responsibility. The drop goes live! June 21st 1300 EDT 24 HOUR EARLY ACCESS FOR PATREON MEMBERS

Mindset- Be a pro- Being a pro isn't just about what you do when everyone's watching it's about how you handle the small, unseen tasks that no one ever applauds. The way you pack your gear, the way you check your kit, the way you prepare for tomorrow before tomorrow comes.
