However, President #Kagame defied those expectations by uniting Rwandans, implementing sound policies, reforming state institutions, strengthening leadership capacity, and empowering leaders to advance the country's ambitious development agenda. Today, Rwanda is peaceful, dignified and prosperous nation. Rwandans will remain indebted to President Kagame for his exceptional leadership.

When the #UK government took punitive measures against #Rwanda on the alleged involvement in #DRC, the #British omits that the #Congolese dictator #Tshisekedi publicly declared war on #Rwanda in what he termed "causing a regime change in #Kigali". They expect President #Kagame to sit idly by watching as his borders are overrun by genocidaires and their allies; never that won't happen under his leadership.
