Dear world, there has been a massive killing of Kurdish people in Ilam, Eastern Kurdistan, yet Iranian mainstream media barely cover this genocide because they do not shout “long live the king,” so it doesn’t fit their propaganda. On January 3, 2026, Iranian state forces raided Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ilam, where many injured from the Malekshahi protests are being treated.
